The space
Large 4200 square foot home on the water is designed with a fun nautical and tropical theme. Hotel quality bedding and comfortable furniture maximize guests’ enjoyment.
Other things to note
Occasionally, the pool company will be in the pool area behind the house; they usually come once per week, and their schedule varies. They will not enter the house when they arrive.

There is a separate listing for a boathouse on this property. It is totally separate and they are totally private from each other. Common areas are sun patio and canal area. Guests will enter through side gate. Do not enter the boat entrance at canal unless you have a boat reservation.

Please ask about boat rental. There is access to a canal.

The first floor will be ready for check-in by 3 pm. It is possible a little more time is necessary on same day turn-overs for the top floor. You can place your luggage by the stairs when you enter, and then enjoy the first level including master bedroom and bath, half bath, indoor and outdoor living, indoor and outdoor kitchens, pool, exercise room. When the housekeepers are ready with the top floor, they will let you know, usually by 4 pm.

There is noise monitor at the pool. It does not record what you say. It records sound decibels to monitor sound at the pool.

Please understand that during the winter months, the pool heat is not able to keep up with the cold nights. It does warm the water, but the water will not be as warm as the summer months.

If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a nice place to relax, hang out with your friends and family, then this is the perfect place. Any music played in the pool area needs to be set to a reasonable volume. Music should also be set to a reasonable volume during the day, as well as evening. No music is allowed at all after 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. This home is in a residential community to do everything we can to respect our neighbors and adhere to noise guidelines.

We have a charcoal grill. Kindly bring your own lighter fluid and charcoal to use.

The treadmill is currently unavailable as we are still working to have it repaired.

A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, 1 trash bag per trash can, and enough laundry detergent to load the towels and sheets when checking out. If you have a larger group, stay a while, or just use a lot of these items in general for personal use, you may want to pick up more at the local grocery store.
