BEACH LIFE-RUFF-E-NUFF
Beach Life-Ruff-E-Nuff is a beautiful beachfront property with spectacular views. The open kitchen/dining/ living plan is a perfect home away from home for a family or group of 10 people who love the beach and like to stay somewhere clean, fun, and relaxing.
This four-bedroom unit has a king bed in the large master suite with glass doors going directly to the deck with beautiful views. The cozy cafe table area is perfect for morning coffee, reading or just gazing at the rising and setting sun. The large master bath has tub/shower, vanity, and sink areas. The 2nd guest room has a queen bed with a large walk-through bath to the 3rd room, the “Bunkroom” sleeping quarters. This sizable room welcomes 4 newly built and extremely comfortable bunk beds as well as a futon for relaxing or sleeping. Each bunk has a lamp and charging station for devices. The 4th bedroom boasts a queen bed with a delightful etagere filled with art, beach treasures, and a small library of books waiting to be read. There is a half bath in the hallway that is very convenient for guests sleeping in this room.
A main feature upstairs is the spacious screened porch and deck spanning the length of the camp. This area gives the best views of the beach and is perfect for visiting, card games, or outside dining.
Another spacious gathering area is downstairs. This area sports 900 square feet of concrete with swings, tables, and comfortable chairs. The fun can begin in many places in this shady area which includes boiling, barbecue, and fish cleaning stations.
With all our rentals the tenant is responsible for filling propane bottles. Filling can be done at Bridge Side Marina or exchanged at one of the local grocery stores.
The beach is just a few steps away as the nearest walkway and golf cart crossing is next door across from Humble Road.
*Please note: some beach crossovers and beach areas may be closed due to construction of levee and restoration of beach. Our office has no control over these closings. There will be limited beach accesses during this time.
