Charming condo recently updated and furnished ‘beach’ style; new kitchen, impact windows and slider, fresh paint, wainscoting; light, ceramic tile floors throughout. This unit is fully equipped with all linens, cooking utensils, beach chairs, water toys and beach towels.
The lanai is screened with an adjacent uncovered patio, overlooking a pond. On mild days there is always a breeze from the front screen door thru the whole house. And, because it’s an end unit, there is an abundance of natural light.
Quiet, friendly neighbors. Parking directly in front of condo and nearby guest spots.
