About this property

Welcome to our centrally located cozy corner home! In the heart of Tucson, our place is only 10 minutes from the U of A, 10 minutes from Davis Monthan Air Force Base, and 20 minutes from the airport. Grocery stores, great restaurants, and fast food all minutes from the house. This simple 3 bedroom, 1 bath is all you need for your stay in Tucson. We have a huge backyard with a tree fort that you can enter at your own risk.

You have total access to the house. There is no shared space. We do have a trailer parked in front yard that do not have access to.

Perfect for a BMX Weekend in Tucson

Couldn't ask for a better home away from home while we raced at Tucson BMX. All the amenities you could ask for and the kids loved the backyard!

Maxwells stay at Central Cozy Corner

This property is so nice. They have even catered to our bathroom needs. The home is emaculate. The back yard is completely fenced. There are even back yard games to play as well as a beautiful treehouse.
