Welcome to your Round Rock retreat, a comfortable, well-located 5-bedroom home that’s perfect for families, professionals, and group trips. Whether you’re in town for work, sports, or just visiting the area, this home has the space and layout to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
The downstairs features a large living room with a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen with an island, and a dining table for 8. There’s also a washer and dryer on the main level, along with a half bath.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed with private en-suite bathroom (1st Floor)
Bedroom 2–4: Each with a queen bed, dresser, and closet (2nd Floor)
Bedroom 5: Two twin beds with closet and dresser (2nd Floor)
Upstairs also includes a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a double vanity.
The backyard is fully fenced and includes a patio dining set and propane grill.

1. Smoking and drug use is not allowed inside the home, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property premises. This includes vapes, sage, incense, weed or other illegal substances that may produce smoke. There is a MINIMUM $1000 fine if discovered, and you also will be responsible for any additional cleaning costs. The $1000 is a penalty fine that comes from building management and may result in the revocation of our rental agreement. Separate from that, you will be charged for any extra cleaning costs that are incurred due to the extensive cleaning process needed to remediate any smoking damages and smells. We use this property personally, and this also impacts other guests, who may have asthma or other lung conditions.
2. Events / Parties are only allowed if approved beforehand in this property, including loud music. If a neighbor complains or a party is discovered, there will be a fee of $1000 and we may ask you to leave without a refund of your stay. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, you must let us know in advance. Maximum 5 pets per stay. The extra cleaning fee (not included in booking total) per animal is: $50 per pet for stays under 7 days. For stays of 7 - 25 days, the fee is $100 total/pet. For stays of 25 - 30 days, the fee is $250 total/pet. This fee is calculated each 30 day period, meaning on the 31st day the pet fee calculation starts back to day 1 ($25 per night per pet). If you’ve brought an unauthorized pet, you will be charged an unauthorized pet fee (per pet) of $500, in addition to the standard pet fee for your reservation. Pets are to remain off furniture and must not be left unattended, unless inside of a kennel. All dogs must be outside trained, walked outside, and cleaned up after. The use of potty pads is prohibited inside of our property.
The property management requires that Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) be declared at the time of booking. We may request documentation for these special animals. Please note that check-in may be delayed or booking will be canceled without a refund if we are not informed in advance and the extra pet cleaning fee is not settled prior to arrival.
4. You agree to only bring the amount of guests and pets that are indicated in your reservation to into the home unless pre approved for more. There is a $100 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
5. You may not stay past your reserved dates.
6. Any additional cleaning and extra mess discovered after your stay will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.
7. Do not wash hair down the drain. Do not pour grease or any cooking oil down the sinks/toilets, if a plumber needs to be dispatched, you will be billed $200 plus and additional damage caused
9. Please take care when opening and closing the blinds during your stay. Lost, missing, or damaged blinds have a replacement cost of $40 per blind. If any blinds just fall during your stay, please reattach them to avoid a labor cost of $40 per blind to reattach.
10. Standard check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11am.
11. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and is $50/hour and is subject to approval. Unauthorized late checkouts/missed check outs are subject to an additional rescheduling fee equal to the original cleaning fee in addition to the standard late checkout fee which is meant to compensate the cleaners for last minute rescheduling and also additional labor/rush cleaning to prepare the unit.
12. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $50 to check in at 3pm. For anything earlier, the fee is $25/hr and subject to availability. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
13. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will file a theft report and charge for any missing or damaged items.
14. Reservations longer than 28 nights may require additional cleaning after each month. This will be a separately collected charge at the same cost of your initial cleaning fee.
15. There is a security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. You will also be charged for the cost or repairing/reconnecting the device if needed.
16. Any cleaning issues must be reported within 12 hours of check-in order to be addressed. After this period, we cannot be held responsible but can still help. We reserve the right to have a minimum of 24 hours to send someone to inspect the issue prior to resolution. Out of the safety of our team, inspections must be conducted when the apartment is vacant unless otherwise agreed upon.
17. We DO NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at prior to your arrival. You may deliver items to the door if you are there to receive them, or to a local FedEx/UPS. Hosts are not responsible for coordinating pick up.
18. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. If by any way our staff is offended or disrespected, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
19. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. You must provide this to the property manager or host upon request. You may be required to complete additional identity and criminal background screening through a third-party via email in order for us to finalize your reservation. We reserve the right to request a safety deposit of no more than $500, which guarantees compliance with listed house rules, and may be lost upon violation. Failure or inability to do so is not grounds for a refund, and may result in cancellation of your stay. Deposit to be processed by host on guest`s credit card
20. If specified in our renters agreement, no shoes are allowed inside the property. Please remove them at the door.
21. Please do not set A/C below 70 or above 78. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens you will be charged the service and repairs fee.
22. We do not refill any propane tanks or charcoal for the outdoor grill or fireplace. You may refill yourself it you would prefer.
23. Parking: There are 2 garage spots and 2 driveway spots available. Street parking is not recommended as the HOA may issue fines. If any fines are incurred, we would have to pass those costs along to you.
