About this property

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beachside and bayside cottage. Piper's point is located in a family friendly neighborhood just a 5 minute walk to the beach and and a 5 minute walk to the Bay. There is a community pool open May through August and a marina for fishing, swimming, and other watersports. K6 Island Sports is a locally owned rental company available to help with golf cart rentals, kayak, rentals, and paddleboard rentals.

DUE TO ALLERGIES, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE GUESTS WITH PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS.

The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the upper level and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level. The lower level bedroom and bathroom is very private and disconnected from the main level. There is plenty of room to spread out whether sunbathing on the upper deck or barbecuing and hiding from the midday sun on the lower level

Great getaway close to beach

The house was just as advertised. It was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very accessible and answered all my questions quickly via text. The community pool closes early at 7:30 which was kind of a let down but it was a nice pool. Very quiet and clean. I will definitely stay again if I get the chance.

Beautiful Property

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. The closest beach was perfect for swimming and shelling, and the ease of booking/access made it a simple and relaxing stay, exactly what we needed. Our host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

"Cliche but accurate"🙃Everything you could ask for n more!! 1st fl has a private bed n full restroom with wash room and stays very cool 😎 2nd floor has huge living n dinning area and comfortable beds oh yeahh!! 😉

Why they chose this property

Terramar Beach is a great location on the West End. It is away from the city but close enough to town. Terramar Beach is a drive-on beach and tends to be less occupied than some of the beaches closer to town. Our neighbors are amazing and friendly. It gets very dark at night, perfect for stargazing and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Our home is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the bay which makes it a wonderful location for whatever water activities you enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Piper's Point Seaside Cottage has a very beachy cottagey feel. Its a great a place to rest, recharge, and create wonderful family memories. Our neighborhood is very family friendly. We have drive-on beaches which makes it nice and easy to get on the beach and set up for the day. There is a lovely marina as well. Pool keys are available with a $50 deposit.
