The Condesa neighborhood is undoubtedly one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. You can walk everywhere.
There are public bikes in front, public electric skates and public electric motorcycles. Everything works with an app that can be downloaded.
The area is very nice to walk around, everything is walking distance, and there are many of the best restaurants in Mexico City.

Getting Around:
The closest subway station is the Metro Patriotismo station. It is only two blocks away. 5 minutes walk
No car is needed this area.
You have access to everything by public transport.
There is Uber and Cabify.

Other Things to Note:
The location is definitely the best.
