Fantastic location, very nice house, wonderful hosts

I stayed in Gerry & Dani's place with some friends for a long weekend. 10/10 location, house, and hosts. Dani & Gerry were wonderful. They were so responsive to questions and made for excellent hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property for medium to large group in Condesa

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Generally a quiet street despite being only one block away from a cool thoroughfare. Lots of bars, restaurants, and cafes near the house. The house itself has a lot of rooms, and areas for people to be social or private depending on their needs. Would stay here again with a large group!

Excellent spot for a big group in Condessa - perfect nieghborhood

Spent a week with two grown children couples. Worked out great. Was a little nervous about Mexico City but it is an amazing and this is a perfect place to stay. Nice contemporary feel.There’s a rooftop bedroom thats a little removed — which could he good or bad. Walked to many coffeeshops, stores, parks. Easy Uber pickup for spots further away. plenty of extra beds if you’re a big group. Not every couples bedroom is ensuite. Very vertical space — so stairs need to be ok. Need to be ok with some neighborhood noise.

Not good, disappointing

It’s fine if you’re looking for a party house and don’t mind stains and leaks and a generally cheap environment. The hosts were kind and receptive, although clearly jaded and doing the minimum to get paid and have us out. There’s an internal noise that runs several times a minute that’s annoying and makes it difficult to be in the house let alone fall and stay asleep. I’m sorry to leave a poor review although think better to provide an honest account of our experience. Especially if they’re a couple w kids.

Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests, and we must clarify that some of the points mentioned in your review do not accurately reflect the condition of our property or the service we provide. Our home is regularly maintained, and we take great pride in ensuring it’s clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for all of our guests. In fact, we have no complaints about infernal noise in 150 reviews that we have in another platform. We also would like to clarify that you requested a refund after the other family who was supposed to join you was unable to travel. While we understand your situation, the reservation was made for your party, and you only informed us one day before checkout that the other couple could no longer join. As such, we were unable to grant a refund. We follow a clear and fair cancellation policy, and it would not be reasonable for us to absorb the cost due to changes in your friend’s travel plans. Fantastic house in Condessa

Our two families had a great time with 10 people (4 adults, 6 kids aged 7-12) in this home. The space is great and the location was perfect for us. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, even helping to arrange groceries for us.

I rented this house for a birthday celebration. It was perfect for our group of 14 friends. The location is perfect and we loved the rooftop space. I would definitely stay here again

Great hosts and location!

Dani and Gerry were the ultimate hosts for our stay in Mexico City. They were very responsive and went out of their ways to coordinate our stay and help us with any of our questions. Their place is exactly as advertised. The location is great with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. If you have a large group, I would highly encourage you to stay here!

Fabulous location and place

We love sour stay in Condesa! Gerry greeted us to show us around and then gave us some of the best local recommendations for tacos, drinks, sushi, etc. He even went out of his way to help us with a trip to Xochimilco and how to avoid being bombarded by vendors. Would highly recommend

Can't beat the location!

Dani and Gerry's place is right in the heart of Condesa. You'll find stylish boutiques and delicious taquerias just around the corner, and most of the museums within Chapultepec are within walking distance. The property is beautiful, and the sky roof (!!). We an issue with our water, it stopped working late one night, and Gerry was on top of it. He came by in the morning, got a plumber to help fix things, and it was resolved within a few hours. Highly recommend this property!
