The home features three separate suites, each with its own private outside entrance. One spacious suite offers two bedrooms—each with a king bed—and a shared bathroom, making it ideal for families with children. The other two suites each include a private outside entrance, private bath, and convenient kitchenette, perfect for couples or guests who appreciate added independence. It’s the perfect balance of connection and seclusion—share meals, stories, and adventures together, then retreat to your own peaceful sanctuary at the end of the day.

This is the perfect base for your Zion-area adventure. Relax and recharge while exploring some of the most breathtaking landscapes Utah has to offer. Nestled in a 5 acre peaceful orchard, the property offers beautiful views, privacy, and a true sense of escape—yet it’s just a short drive from unforgettable outdoor adventures.

Unwind under the stars in the hot tub/swim spa, gather around the campfire in the evenings, or enjoy a friendly match on the pickleball court. Whether you’re relaxing at home or heading out to explore nearby parks, this property offers the best of both worlds.

Breakfast is delivered to your door each morning. During harvest season, breakfast includes fresh fruits and vegetables picked straight from the orchard.
Please Note: The place does not have a full kitchen, but there are 2 kitchenettes in 2 of the suites.

2 additional mattress pads available for flexible sleeping arrangements

Suite 2:
Private Outside entrance. Large Deck. King bed, Private bathroom, Kitchenette. TV. To access this Suite, you will need to climb a flight of stairs outside.

Private Outside Entrance. Private Bathroom. King Bed, Kitchenette.

Wonderful Zion Stay

Wonderful location to stay while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyons. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to every question we had. There is so much to do in a short distance but also so much offered by the host to enjoy during downtime. And the breakfast was AMAZING!

Wedding visit.

I would highly recommend this property. The owners are wonderful. A delicious breakfast was served in addition to several other amenities. It is close to many hiking activities.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay!

The stay exceeded our expectations. Home is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Breakfasts delight the senses and left us wishing we could stay longer. The swim spa is relaxing and a great place for stargazing. House location is the best of both worlds—close to the freeway and restaurants, yet with a rural feel. Hosts are unobtrusive, yet readily available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Unique Place to Stay

This house was a great and unique place to stay for my family. It felt like a combination of petting zoo, hobby farm, and orchard. It's not for everyone, but if you like that type of environment, you will likely love this house. The house is a duplex with the hosts living in the lower level. They were welcoming and hospitable, but not intrusive in any way.
