Complete with The Oasis wave pool, lazy river, swim pool, kid slides, beach volleyball, and restaurant. With everything centrally located on the first floor, there's no need to leave. Only an 8 min drive to the nearest public beach.

GROCERY
We know one of the first things you do when you get to your final destination is unload, unpack, and then head straight to the grocery store. We personally love to shop at Publix and Rouses. They have everything you need- from food, to toiletries, to clothes, to beach essentials. Both grocery stores are located about 10 minutes from The Wharf along Perdido Beach Blvd. The Pantry offers snacks, baked goods, hot sandwiches, candy, and drinks - essentials for a quick need. Conveniently located next to Villagio Grill, and across the street from Ginny Lane.

Eating is always one of the best things about vacationing, and surrounding your condo, there are plenty of excellent eats you will enjoy.

- Southern Grind: Wonderful breakfast, savory and healthy lunch options, superb coffee, gelato, baked goods, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, and a gift shop.
- Villaggio Grille: Excellent, white table linens Italian restaurant for pastas, pizzas, steaks and fish. A true favorite.
- Ginny Lane: Get your seafood and Southern cooking fill, and eat by the marina overlooking the water.
- Red or White Wine & Gourmet: Delicious local flavors with an Italian twist. Some of the best pizzas in the South!
- Murder Point Oysters: Known as "The Oysters of Alabama". Grown exclusively in the waters of Alabama.
- Yoho Rum and Tacos: Enjoy Mexican cuisine, queso, tacos, and margaritas.

PRO TIP:
The Wharf is busier during concert weekends, and it's best to plan dinners in advance. Most restaurants do not offer take-out orders on concert nights. The restaurants fill up fast - plan to eat early, make reservations far in advance, or plan to cook.

*THE OASIS:
The Oasis is the hands-down, most raved about experience by kids and families. It is a private resort area for owners and guests only. Enjoy the tropical feel without large crowds and rip currents. The Oasis includes an ocean waves simulation, wave-pool, lazy river, kiddie slides, kiddie pool, large pool swimming area, hot tub, in-pool basketball goals, net climbing, volleyball sand courts, and The Oasis bar with delicious food/drinks/alcohol, and lots of clean bathrooms. Best of all, a trolley service to and from the condos is offered from 10am to 6pm - varies by season. The Oasis is not too far on the property, and there is the option to drive your car with plenty of parking. Open 337 days/year. Closed in February for renovations, and is open from 9am to 8pm.
