Home = 5 stars, HOA & communication = 2 stars

The home itself was very nice & clean. The beds were comfortable, nice decor, updated appliances & great view from the deck. It was comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The HOA community was very strict & required a lot of information in order to make sure you get in the gate. A lot of rules to follow like only allowing 2 vehicles, can’t park here, can’t go there, things we didn’t enjoy dealing with on a vacation. Person at the guard gate was rude. It seems like they don’t want renters here. I would not stay in this community again. The communication between the property manager & myself was rough at times. I did not receive check in instructions until the day of check in after calling VRBO. I have rented a lot of places, and this is the first time that has happened. I typically ask hosts questions & they are very responsive. The response time was not acceptable in my opinion.

Great house!

This house is very nice, and you can actually walk down a path to the lake. We were very happy with our time.

Wonderful Stay!

This cabin was exactly as advertised! Gorgeous views, spacious, and wonderful location. The cabin was also well stocked with the necessary amenities. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!
