We provide our guests/owners with a full cleaning, maintenance, and admin staff that ensures their unit is kept in pristine condition at all times. We are the only company to have on site offices within the community. When you stay with us, you can count on that we will have your unit in the best shape possible.
Why they chose this property
Crescent Bar Condos is a very friendly, private resort with great views of the Columbia River and the basalt cliffs. There are 2 9 hole golf courses nearby, convenience stores, restaurants, and ice cream/coffee shops. The resort has a very large pool and hot tub w/a kiddie pool nearby. There is also a boat launch out back near our gated parking lot to put your boat in the water. Also, your kids can enjoy playing in the nearby playground.
What makes this property unique
The property is unique because of the way all the units face toward the gated courtyard giving you a greater sense of community and safety amongst your neighbors for your kids and to gather as a family in various units nearby.
