About this property

The location is 20 minutes to the Glenwood hot springs and historic downtown with many restaurant options and unique shops. The valley town, Carbondale is also only minutes away with one of a kind art shops and festivals on weekends.

Aspen is only 45 minutes away with a preserved Victorian town and is very high end with Prada, Gucci and Dior. There are many festivals and a weekend farmers market.

A modern mountain retreat, with huge ensuite rooms and Frank Lloyd Wright vibe. Spacious home with plenty of room for adults and kids. This private and secluded lot on 7 1/2 acres is the perfect spot to enjoy views of quiet nature. Deer, rabbit, elk and fox roam and graze outside our beautiful ceiling to floor windows. LocatIon to the historic and mountain town is priceless.

This recently renovated 3,800 square foot home offers three private en-suite bedrooms and a bunk room. Cozy spaces to hang out together with the ultimate Mount Sopris views.

Take your pick of snow skiing resorts 30 min to an hour away. Sunlight, Snowmass, Aspen and Vail are all easily accessible.
