Guests have full, private access to the entire home. Master bedroom has private entrance. Guests will receive a unique entry code prior to check in.
Recently renovated and brand new furnishings! The living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, a sound bar, and some blankets to cozy up to a movie on the comfy couch.

There's a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the modern appliances and cookware you need to whip up your favorite dishes, along with plenty of counter space and a separate dining room that seats up to 6.

Our home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private entrance via french doors onto the back patio. The second and third bedrooms both feature full beds and share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The sofa bed in the living room transforms into a queen-sized bed as well. All 3 bedrooms have smart TVs. All 3 bedrooms have blackout curtains over every window (not in photos).

Need to work? Make use of the bright and comfortable office (which also has some exercise equipment) or choose your favorite spot with Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Outside, you'll find a backyard oasis that's perfect for enjoying Florida's sunny weather. There's a spacious patio with outdoor seating and plenty of space to play or relax. The dining table, chairs and bistro lights make for the perfect outdoor dining experience.

Parking in driveway for two cars, free street parking available. Close to I-275. The entrance to the driveway is behind the house on the gravel road between 55th and 56th. If you have a large vehicle, it's easiest to enter from 12th street and back into the driveway.
