This house is gorgeous and has a fantastic floor plan. Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. We couldn’t keep them out of it. You can easily see the Gulf from the house. The house itself is pretty centralized to go to Biloxi, Ocean Springs, and Bay St. Louis with ease and enjoy eating places, go to souvenir shops, or buy groceries. The host/owner is quick to answer any concerns. The two concerns we had was the master bedroom bed frame was not in good shape and floors seemed like they could be a little cleaner. Overall our experience was really good.

Great home with everything you need. Plenty of seating to watch Super Bowl and a large table to eat or play games. Good location with even a restaurant walking distance. You can walk to the beach but you would have to cross a bit of a busy Lake Shore Dr. FYI the home is located fairly close to train tracks and you do hear them come through occasionally.

The house was absolutely amazing! The pool was fabulous, very spacious and open. Walking g distance to the beach and Felix’s oyster bar was a plus being literally in the back yard. I rate this property a 10 out of 10, definitely will book again!

The house was great and had all we needed. The owner was kind and bought new grill with all the necessary items for our grilling. The kids loved the pool. Would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

I have to say, the house is lovely! Everything is nicely decorated, the pool was fabulous. I think there could be some newer/nicer games. The beds were not comfortable at all. I didn’t get much sleep. The back door handle broke off and we were unable to get into the house for about 3.5 hours. The guy who changed it out was extremely nice. The owner called me personally and offered to buy us pizza or ice cream which I thought was very kind. If they get new mattresses, I would definitely book again!

Beautiful property

The house in it's self was really nice. It was immaculate. So close to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet. Mr. Tim's was very responsive to our needs and resolved any issues quickly.My only complaint would be that it should have been clearer that there is a 25 a day fee to heat the pool. It was freezing when we got there. The kids were a bit disappointed that they couldn't swim right away. If you want the pool heated make sure the host knows ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this property. We will be coming back!and them quickly
