What makes this property unique
There is 1 Ring camera which records exterior video and sound when activated by motion at the front gate.
After finalizing your booking on the platform you will receive a request to complete 2 final steps. Please reach out if you have any questions.
1. Sign a renters agreement
2. Authorize a $500 hold on your credit card. This hold will authorize 2 days before your arrival and will automatically release 7 days after your departure or after we confirm there is no damage.
We offer contactless self check in via electronic keyless entry. There is an exterior gate with a lockbox attached to it containing a key to the gate. The actual door to the unit has an electronic lock which is a code specific to you for the length of your stay. Codes for the gate and the front door will be messaged to you 24 hours before check-in.
There are 2 steps up to the front door.
Parking for 1 car is available in the garage. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and ample street parking is also available. Beware of street cleaning - tickets will be issued. Please do not leave anything in your car - the neighborhood is safe but car break ins happen frequently in Oakland.
Maximum occupancy of 6 guests enforced. No more than 4 visitors allowed.
