The yard also includes a 4-hole putting green to sharpen your skills (putters and balls on site). The property is walled on all sides with large plants for your privacy and security! Cool down inside the estate which has 6 separate bedrooms. The main house features a primary suite with sitting room, bathroom, king bed and private and back patio access. Also in the main house are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed which share a bathroom. At the other end of the main home is ensuite with a small kitchen, bedroom with full/double sized bed and private bathroom. The center of the main home contains the main living room, full kitchen, and dining room which seats all 12 guests. Behind the main house is a relaxing lighted patio with gas fire pit. Using a separate entrance, the Casita (little house) features a living room, full kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The main bedroom features a king bed and the other features a full/double sized bed with single/twin bunk above it as well as a stand alone single/twin bed. Kitchens are fully stocked for all your needs. Televisions throughout the estate feature Rokus and HD antennas for local stations. The home can fit a maximum of 12 people per Palm Springs ordnance and is strictly enforced. Outdoor Music is prohibited per Palm Springs Ordnance and is strictly enforced. Pool heat utility bills are extremely expensive in Palm Springs.  Our rate is in line with most rentals at $125 per night.  The spa heat is complimentary.  We can heat the pool for a portion of the time during your stay at your request.
