Quaint & Cozy Bungalow in a convenient central location with lots of privacy. Perfect home for up to two couples or family of four. Two bedrooms each with queen size bed, and bathroom located between the two. The kitchen includes all new appliances & a separate dining area just off the living room that accommodates all. A gas barbecue grill is only steps away and is ready for your grilling pleasure! The driveway is right next to the back door for easy move-in and move-out! The yard is completely fenced and secure. Garage parking is available for long term guests upon request! This cozy bungalow is just a short walking distance to The Monument Event Center, City Center Main Street, hiking trails on Hansen-Larsen Memorial Park, Executive Golf Course & Bike Path to Canyon Lake Park & more. This property is located just off I-90, so travelers have super easy access to main roads leading to exciting attractions like Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Badlands National Park, the beautiful Black Hills & more!! This is an older 1930’s home with some settling in the bathroom, uneven floors & old pipes, but it's clean, safe & comfortable! It's just like going home!

Great place to stay! The house was just as advertised. It was only five minutes from the center of town, which made those quick trips for supplies, visiting places downtown, or going out to a restaurant very easy. It was also perfectly located for almost anything you would want to do in the western part of the state. The Badlands and most attractions in the Black Hills area are an hour or less away. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. If we went to the same area in the future, I would try to get it again.

Best Bungalow!

This bungalow exceeded all expectations. It is in a very convenient location. It is really quiet and beautiful all around. The host was extremely kind and accommodating. She responded quickly to all messages and questions. Inside of the home is very cute and comfortable. It has everything that you need. It really was a home away from home. If I ever find myself back in Rapid City, I will most definitely be booking here again.

Why they chose this property

At almost 100 years old, this home was my father's home for over 40 years. It has some quirks & some settling, but it’s clean & also has charm!

What makes this property unique

This home is private, cozy, and it's in a super convenient location. Just a couple blocks & turns & you're on I-90! Also a very short walking distance to City Center that offers many great restaurants & shops. Monument Event Center, Executive Golf Course, or even Hanson-Larsen Memorial Park are also within blocks for fun & adventure, not to mention all the great sites to see around the Black Hills area!
