Wickenburg Ranch offers all the benefits of a resort. Two golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, a resort style pool and hot tub, state of the art fitness center and day spa. Two restaurants are conveniently located in the community. Jake’s Spoon is the signature restaurant at Wickenburg Ranch serving modern Arizona Roadhouse cuisine and views of the award winning Big Wick golf course and mountains. The community Lake Park features catch and release fishing. Enjoy the gathering areas in the park or have fun with frisbee golf. Wickenburg Ranch prides itself with miles of walking trails both paved and unpaved throughout the community. There are endless additional community activities to participate in throughout the year.

The Town of Wickenburg is a quaint place where history and hospitality come together. It’s a real authentic taste of the Wild West and is known as being the "Team Roping Capital of the World". The town is filled with local shops and restaurants and hosts several community activities annually. Gold Rush Days, Bluegrass Festival, Cowboy Christmas Poets Gathering and "Party in the Desert" music festival to name a few. Take in a street dance with live music, trail ride on a horse or ATV, or maybe do a jeep experience to historical sites. Wickenburg is home to the Desert Caballeros Western Museum and the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts. When the urge strikes, Wickenburg is a quick drive back to city life to take in all the things the Phoenix Valley offers year round.

About the host

We relocated from Northern California nearly 20 years ago to the Phoenix Valley. Arizona has do much to offer with it's natural beauty and diverse endless things to enjoy. Owning vacation rental properties has been fun. It's nice to meet people coming to Arizona for the first time, or as repeat visitors, and share our experiences and properties with them.

Why they chose this property

We chose Wickenburg Ranch because of it's location of being close to city amenities without being in the city. The community is spectacular and offers everything needed to enjoy outdoor living to it's fullest. The Town of Wickenburg is so inviting with it's shops and restaurants. The ability to experience a true Western lifestyle of living is everywhere you look.

What makes this property unique

Our house is unique because of it's location within the community of Wickenburg Ranch. Tucked in the back of the community it backs up to protected BLM land and has incredible unobstructed views of the desert and mountains. The sounds of nature are the only sounds to be heard at night and the stars are the only visible lights. It's walking distance to Li'l Wick golf course and the Lake Park. The open floorplan of the house and expansive outdoor patio are both relaxing and inviting.
