This home offers outdoor living with fenced yard, spacious deck, firepit on the edge of the water, shallow water boat lift and dock. The interior boasts glass sunroom on the back

Open floor plan with living room ,dining , and kitchen. Sun porch with beautiful view of the water that opens onto the deck. Three bedrooms total. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one has 2 twins . Full bathroom off the hall and half bathroom connecting primary bedroom to the kitchen. Outdoor area has large fenced yard , fire pit area over looking the water. Boat lift and room to park a trailer. Parking for 2 cars available.

Rinse kayaks if used and replace in shed
