The space:
Residences at the Grand Solmar Pacific Dunes (formally Rancho San Lucas) Golf and Spa Penthouse is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 bath high end residence. The master suite has a king bed with a wonderful ensuite bathroom that feature marble floors and vanities. The jacuzzi tub is a wonderful way to relax at the end of your day in the sun. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds. There is also a Murphy bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. The 2 additional bathrooms are also designed with marble features. This Penthouse offers and full kitchen and multiple places to enjoy your homemade meals. Penthouse has a large terrace with views of the Pacific. There is a fitness center, multiple pools, a lagoon area for activities, waterslides, kids' club and a spa all onsite. Guests also can access the Greg Noman designed golf course- Solmar Golf Links.


Guest access:
You can access all the amenities. You can also access Solmar Golf Links but will have to pay for tee time.

There are several poolside bars/restaurants, a sit-down restaurant, a deli, and a market on site.

There is also an adults only pool/hot tub area.

Other things to note:
There are areas of this resort that are still under construction, which may be evident throughout the property, but the completed portions are beautiful and staffed with wonderful, helpful employees.

The penthouse units are not necessarily on the top floor and can be on other floors. The photos are a representation of the penthouse units and details of decor and layout may vary.
