We had a lovely two- night stay. The townhouse provides all basic necessities and is very convenient to the airport. Also close to crossirons mall if shopping is your thing. Would stay again any time!

The hosts were really nice and consistently checked in to make sure we were okay. The property was clean and well kept. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a place to stay close to the airport to consider this property.
This place was amazing. The house was super clean we we arrived. Check in was easy and no stress at all. Me and my family really enjoyed this place and will book again next time we come and stay in the city.
We stayed here for a tournament held in downtown Calgary . Quiet neighborhood; lots of easy parking. Bit of a drive to where we needed to be but appreciated the quiet after . No complaints ; everything you need here . Thanks!
Everything was clean and tidy. A fantastic townhouse perfect for our group of four while we attended an event and toured Calgary. The street is quite, and you can't hear the nearby traffic making for a peaceful stay.
As clearly noted in the listing, there is no air conditioning. Beware during the summer months as it would get quite warm. During the cooler Spring & Autumn, opening the windows cools the place in a hurry.

We ended up cancelling our stay at this property because AFTER our payment had gone through, we were asked to submit photo ID online, something we were not comfortable doing in this case. Of course we were past our cancellation window and therefore asked VRBO to intervene. Nothing happened until I phoned the owner myself and we ended up with a 80% refund which is not fair in our opinion. As an owner, if you are going to make certain demands, it's only right you let the customer know BEFORE you take their money, because that part was obviously not a problem.

Unfortunately unexpected dislike
It’s too bad about a lot of things in this house.
The kitchen is lacking pots to cook with. Most of the dishes are chipped. Not even a cloth in the sink to wipe to counters.
Almost all of the seating is extra hard. No comfortable place to layout.
Upstairs is 2 long flights of stairs straight up. This might be something that could be added to the ad.
The rooms were supplied with white bedding and towels. The beds were also hard.
The checkin requires you to send your ID to an email. This made me very uncomfortable but we had no choice.
Overall. I would not recommend this place. It is clean but you can’t keep it that way. It does have a kitchen but it’s not useable to make a meal or eat it. It does have beds but I wouldn’t recommend them.
Reached out directly to Toucan Villas and asked if there was an air conditioning in this unit. Got a reply back, it did have AC. Go to unit with our bags, unit is burning hot, thermostat on wall read 28C!! Reach back out to Toucan Villas and told they would get back to us on how to turn the AC on. After waiting in unit for 30 mins, receive an email response, there is actually no air conditioning and the most they can do is bring over a fan the next day. By this point, they are not answering our calls, nor returning our voicemails. We let them know, due to asthma condition, etc we can not stay in a unit where it is 28C at 6pm in the evening - knowing it will be even hotter in the day. We ask them if they have an accommodation with AC they can move us to. We then, ask for a refund as we couldn’t stay there and was only in the unit for at most an hour. Over two months later, we still have not received a reply. I would never recommend this company or VRBO, nor would I ever trust them.
Our stay was nice, the owner was nice and very fast at responding. This place is definitely a five star, please don’t hesitate to stay here. My sisters and I enjoyed the complex and the separate rooms and it was truly a lovely experience.
