Why they chose this property

This property is located in a neighborhood known as the "North End". It is a historic Detroit neighborhood that has benefitted greatly from Detroit's recent revitalization efforts. We have several properties within a few blocks of each other and we continue to see investment in the area year after year. The residents in the area are a mix of home owners and renters, most of whom take pride in the neighborhood and their homes. They welcome our guests and are grateful for the added tourism being brought to the area. Location-wise, the North End is a relatively quiet residential neighborhood situated close to mid-town and downtown (this property is located about 2 blocks from Woodward which is the main artery to mid-town and downtown).

Our properties are unique as they provide an affordable, stylish and comfortable option for guests looking for a place that will accommodate larger groups (up to 12 people) during their stay in Detroit.
