Why they chose this property

My neighborhood is in close proximity to major hospitals, universities, and major parks. Two blocks from my place you will find the famous Magazine street with shopping and restaurants. The property is also located in the "Parade Box" which is the area of New Orleans in which all of the major super krewes parade during Mardis Gras Season.

What makes this property unique

My property is maintained regularly with gardening and house cleaning. There are also active security cameras that are recording and monitored 24 hours a day. There is also plenty of parking for those who have a vehicle.
