*The condo is 1,149 square feet and has been completely remodeled including new granite counters, new fixtures, new hardware, new carpet, new furniture, new paint and a new audio/video system as well as free wireless internet.

*The fully equipped kitchen offers a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, cook top and dishwasher. New slab granite counters offer tons space for cooking and bar seating.

*Two well furnished bedrooms include a master bedroom with a log style king-size bed and a LCD television. The second bedroom offers a full size bed and bunk beds. Both the bathrooms have been remodeled with new fixtures, and stone counter tops.

Great Place, lots of room

Great property, don’t worry about previous reviews concerning things like stained carpet. I didn’t have any issues with the condition of the condo. I thought it was immaculate. A couple of things to consider, it’s on the third floor, with access to the third floor by stairs and it’s best if you have a car. There is a bus stop that’s not too far away but it’s a little bit of a walk to bus stop. The real plus of this VRBO, is the tandem, two-car, heated garage. This is the perfect place for a family of four that travelled to Steamboat by car. You can leave your car and skis in the garage and then haul the rest of your gear and groceries up to the condo out of the weather (though the stairs are “outside” the stairs are completely sheltered from the weather). I look forward to staying here again. This place is a great value especially if don’t have to be slopeside and have a car.

I’ve never left her review before in my life, but this was just too good, and I need to give credit where it’s due. I almost didn’t want to leave a review because it’s like a secret hidden gem. It’s like a snow globe of awesomeness. Highly recommend.

Our family loves the mountains. We have traveled throughout Colorado and are blessed to call Steamboat our 'other' home. We are happy to answer any questions about our place and the Steamboat area; 303-717-6251.

Why they chose this property

Steamboat is a true four season destination. In the winter we enjoy skiing, boarding, snow shoeing, and ice skating. In the Spring and Summer we like to golf, ride bikes, and go hiking. Before purchasing our vacation home we visited Steamboat every year for 10 years. We have stayed in all types of places including B&Bs, motels, and vacation condos. We love the location of our home and quality of the new construction.

What makes this property unique

We have attended numerous events including the fabulous Winter Carnival, the Steamboat Marathon, Triple Crown World Series, Hot Air Balloon Festival, Cowboy Round Up Days, Arts Festival, Wild West Air Show, Octoberfest and the nationally recognized Strings Music Festival. The Free bus route will take you to all these events as well as restaurants, shopping, grocery, and more.
