Perfect location in Sandpoint

We loved everything about this little house for our getaway. Great, walkable location to downtown and city beach. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you might need. Cozy and comfortable.

Amazing home near City Beach!

We can’t say enough great things about our stay in this home in Sand Point! Amazing location, close (walking distance) to City Beach (likely 15min), or to getting out and heading to Silverwood! The house was amazing, 3 big rooms, nice kitchen with everything you need, big TV, big backyard, some nice restaurants across the street - honestly a great home in an amazing location. Thank you to Eric - you’ve done a great job with this place!

Very nice. Exactly what we need for our stay. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The video games were so fun to play with my son and and also nostalgic.

Great centrally located stay!

Great place to stay, clean and well stocked with linens and towels. Very centrally located - you can walk anywhere downtown easily! The back yard and bbq was a nice touch for summer hangout. I would stay here again!

Great place, in the center of Sandpoint

I was very happy to rent this for my company employees. It is right on the center, a walking distance from their training site and all amenities they might need. They were able to come and go as they please, cook or eat out and with enough rooms for privacy. Would book this again!
