Escape to paradise with over 90 ft of waterfront dock space, swimming pool open year round, 3 hammocks, lounge chairs, grill, and the cool water sports and sea creatures decor. Sleep in and enjoy the local food gems all within 10 minutes. We are within 4 miles of Fort Lauderdale airport. Admire at the planes overhead taking off and landing. Master bedroom has a tempurpedic mattress and incredible water pressure. Lounge in the leather couch while watching something awesome on our large smart tv. This space is enjoyable for families who want to keep an eye on your young ones, as the dining room overlooks the pool without being outside and can see through the large windows. Modern upgrades and home had been equipped to be comfortable and great to relax. Beaches are close, Fort Lauderdale main tourist areas can be reached by local bus nearby. Local gems nearby such as Tropical Acres, Rustic Crab Inn, Hardrock Hotel and Casino, Dania Pointe (Bowlero, movie theatre, multiple restaurants, shopping, and winery), beaches, airport, malls, etc

Located in a residential canal neighborhood in the Fort Lauderdale/Dania Beach area, with convenient access to FLL Airport, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and Dania Pointe for shopping, dining and entertainment. Grocery stores, restaurants and everyday conveniences are also nearby.

Getting around:
Broward County Transit bus stops are just a short walk away on Griffin Road, approximately 0.2 mile from the home. Publix and several dining and everyday conveniences along Griffin Road are also within about a 10-minute walk. The Fort Lauderdale Airport Tri-Rail Station is approximately 1.4 miles away, providing rail service throughout South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. July stay

The property was very nice. Tucked away from the main road. We had the pleasure of seeing many deer and fawns in the backyard. My husband got to celebrate his 50th birthday with attending his first Nascar race which was just minutes away from the property.

Great stay

This was a great spot close to skirmish which is where we spent our weekend! Property manager was always quick with responses when we had any questions.

You will see various species of fish and sealife, as well as a touch of water sports. My dream was always to purchase a waterfront home with access to the ocean and I've shared it with you. I love spearfishing, traveling, cooking, and meeting people from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very local (old school Fort Lauderdale) with some local restaurants and close to all the best beaches. It's calm, but close to many fun attractions within 10 minutes. We have great neighbors and so close to the airport (less than 5 miles).

What makes this property unique

Waterfront with a pool are the best features. The home has over 6 coconut trees and a dock to fish from. Inside of the home is comfortable, spacious, and has the modern touches of smart tv, stainless steel appliances, chargers for your convenience, and all you need to cook.
