The Space:
The ground floor contains a bathroom and two living areas which are fully
customizable to your liking. The kitchen area extends to a patio in the garden
at the front which is filled with lush green flora including a swimming pool
and stairs to the second floor.

This floor contains a living area with kitchen, a spacious bedroom with bathroom and a balcony. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet and shower.

The rooftop of the villa has an amazing firepit surrounded with a seating area
and an amazing view for the ultimate relaxing experience. With this comes
an outdoor kitchen and sink finished with a rooftop garden all around.

Strategically located in Region 15 you will enjoy a calming jungle like environment and a high level of privacy - but this will not come at any costs as supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are just a few blocks down the road.
One of the 2 roads in Tulum heading to the world wide famous beaches is just a stone throw away and leads you to your highly desired destination within a short 6 minutes ride.

On one hand, you will find empty, beautiful white sandy beaches, bathed by the turquoise of the Caribbean Sea; on the other hand the extraordinary archaeological zone, telling in credible stories of the ancient Maya people

Tulum is a rapidly growing beach town. Sadly this comes with construction on weekdays from 8 am to 5pm, also around our property. We have implemented a heavy discount on these days. In the weekend there is no construction.
