Very good, but

the advert is a little bit misleading. Pinards Mountain Lodge is not near the sea. It is reachable 10 min from the sea only by car on a rough road. House is a duplex house (Tranquility suite 5 and 6). House is equipped with basic cutlery and a little bit old but has moskito nets at the windows. The area is stunning. Abundance of birdlife and very quiet. We slept like children. Everything was very clean and staff was very welcoming. We had dinner in the evening which was very tasty. We would stay there again when in Dominica.

Logement modeste dans un cadre idyllique.

Notre séjour a durée 2 semaines, nous étions 2 couples.L'accès au logement est périlleux du fait du chemin emprunt de trés gros trous. Heureusement nous avions un SUV. Un 4x4 est souhaitable.Nous avons émis notre déception à la découverte du logement et l'hôte nous a permis sans réticence d'accéder à un autre plus "luxueux". Nous la remercions.Lors de notre arrivée le frigo n'était pas branché et même pas une bouteille d'eau fraiche à notre disposition.....L'accueil n'était pas trés chaleureux.ni anticipé...Le logement était vétuste et l'aménagement trés précaire.Pas de poele, ni cafetière, ni saladier, seulement le minimum ; verres, assiettes, couverts et casserole.Lors de notre arrivée nous avons demandé des conseils à l'hôte sur les excusions, elle nous a conseillé d'aller sur Maps ! en gros débrouillez vous !En conclusion, nous avons bénéficié du minimum de bienveillance et de disponibilité de la part de l 'hôte. Aucune communication à part lors de notre arrivée.Sachez donc que hébergement est modeste et précaire, l'hygiène limite. Le linge de lit et de toilette est propre. Heureusement l hébergement est situé dans un cadre de verdure idyllique, c'est l'atout majeur de cet structure.La peinture de la piscine est effritée ce qui lui donne un aspectsale alors que l'eau est propre et les transats agréables. Sachez qu'il y a des journées privées ou des locaux viennent faire la fétes, donc bcp de monde et de la musique forMerci au jardinier pour sa bienveillance.
