Everything was as promised with exception of private beach. There is none in everglades city. Roberto is very nice and responsive. It would be helpful to stress that all dogs must be leashed at all times and to report it if not. My dogs are always leashed and other renters allowing theirs to run loose presented a regular problem for me.
We visit Everglades City often and this was one of the cleanest and most updated places we've stayed. The location was great because it was walking distance to a lot of places (including a playground for the kids, but also many of the best restaurants) within one mile of the stay. The owner communicated well and quickly. Will stay here again.

A cozy nest while visiting north end of the Everglades
This property is one of several small units that are all connected. Although it was quiet and the inside was clean and nicely decorated, the grounds need some work.
The living room area needs more lighting near the sofa.
The location is great with several good restaurants within walking distance.
Great host! We had an transformer blow out on the street, leaving all of the units without power. He quickly called the power company and had the problem solved within a couple of hours.
