Perfect for Utah Valley Visit

There was lots of living area space. It was so nice to be able to bring my dogs. The backyard is a perk. The fence is a deterrent but not inescapable. The neighborhood is beautiful for a walk. It was very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to I-15.

Nice house, though has some issues

The house is well suited for a VRBO with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths, a nice kitchen and relaxation space. However the care and management of the property is poor. There were many, many issues such as kitchen trash was full from previous renters. No shower curtain. When the property manager advised where a shower curtain could be found, we found the curtain rod did not stay in place so the shower was unusable. No hot water in the kitchen sink. And a number of other smaller issues. The property manager was quick in their email responses but they were telling us to fix the problem and please send photos and video of the issues. We advised we would be gone all day and they were welcome to enter the property to resolve the issues, but they just wanted us to send photos and video. They never resolved any of the issues.
