About this property

awesome valley views, with all your home needs plus the “little extras”

A ground level Mother-in-law's apartment with a million dollar view, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer, living room with gas fire place and reclining couches, kitchen with all of the tools need to make a home cooked meal (You bring the food) Just 15 minutes to sundance a great place no matter what the season is, winter has skiing, both day and night, you can also snow shoe. Summer offers horseback riding, hiking, shopping, fly fishing, Ziplines shows and etc.

Fall is bursting with Provo canyon colors and the leaves are falling. Bridal veil falls a great canyon to see wild life and natural water falls, hiking trails and biking.

Utah Valley University is 10 minutes south/west and BYU is 10 minutes South/east of us. Salt Lake city/Lagoon Amusement park is about 40- 50 minutes north of us. lots of Parks and splashpads around us and even the Murdock canal Trail is down the road for biking/walking/jogging Thanksgiving point is a great place to visit as well we are 10-15 minutes away

You may also reserve a private outdoor pickle ball court for only $10 an hour, it is only five minutes from the house.

come and enjoy our neck of the woods! We do have a steep driveway that might be hard for elderly folks, but the view is spectacular!

Had a wonderful stay. Very thoughtful host. Many extra “just in case” items are provided. Comfortable beds. Love the blackout curtains to help with needed rest. My only hesitation would be staying during winter weather due to the location on a hill….but I’m also from where it never snows so I’m a wimp in that area. Will definitely be checking availability on this one in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Teresa has looked at this home as if she were to stay here with her own family. She hasn’t missed a single thing. From games, bandaids, spices, fans, toiletries, snacks for you and the delivery drivers, the list goes on and on. There’s nothing she hasn’t thought of. This is a hidden gem I’m afraid to leave a positive review of and have a difficult time booking later. :) Theresa deserves all the positive reviews! She’s done an amazing job with this property!

Beautiful view and comfortable

Overall the property and hosts are great! The only detraction is the parking but just ask for what you need and the hosts are very helpful. We would stay here again!

Great place with a View

It was perfect for what we needed! We came to Orem for a surgery and just had to stay in the rental the whole time to recover. Place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owners were also very friendly.

Exactly what we needed

Property was cute, clean and comfortable. My husband and teen son stayed there while my son was at a day camp in the area. Location was super convenient to the camp and a great place to wind down after a long day.

Home away from home!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It felt so comfortable and there are so many extra details that Teresa puts in to make it enjoyable. We looked forward to heading back at the end of the day. It was very clean and cute! Perfect for wanting a cozy little spot close to UVU and BYU. I plan on staying there again soon!!!

Pleasurable stay, great location

The host was very kind and helpful. If you need anything send a text and they answer fast. Location was perfect, close enough to shopping, but far enough away from the noise of a city. In a great neighborhood, went for family walks, neighbor's were vey friendly.

Nice little place

The location of this place is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. During the day you can hear the people upstairs walking around, but it was very quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of thoughtful touches that you don't find at all places... snacks, extra toiletries, etc.

Good visit and home, steep hill to walk

Loved the home and had a great visit. Everything was as described and Teresa was a communicative host. As other reviews have mentioned, the walk up to the home is steep and can be a challenge if you have physical limitations.

A great week!

All the little things are taken care of in this VRBO. If you forgot something, there is a pretty good chance Teresa thought about it and it is in the VRBO. Great location for putting son into UVU and visiting BYU nieces and nephews. Great view from the front porch. The hosts couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Perfect for small families

We stayed at the property for three nights in April. Everything was as described in the listing. There were plenty of travel size soaps, shampoos, and lotions to choose from. There were plenty of towels and everything looked clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had no trouble making ourselves breakfast every morning. Because we had a baby, Teresa offered us a pack n play and a walker which our baby liked using. There was an issue with the digital entry lock not working, but Teresa found a solution for us very quickly and communication was great. Overall, our small family enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank you for renting to us, Teresa!

Cozy, Inviting, Clean, with Nice Upgrades

This was the perfect place for me to recharge and visit family. Among the pleasant surprises: reclining couches, a microwave that was also an air fryer, cookie jar full of hair and bath products, snack basket, view of Provo River while reclining, sunsets, being in the mountains without being out in the 'sticks.' I will stay here again. It exceeded my expectations. Not for the very old or very young because there is a steep driveway to traverse upon arrival. You will be on the first floor of a large home. This is not a basement in someone's home. This is the first floor of a beautiful home with amazing views! I felt that I had complete privacy and also felt that I was not completely isolated (being a single lady traveling alone). You will be in a neighborhood, but up far enough in the mountains to benefit from the views.This was the perfect spot for me!

The place was fabulous. It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with items. Even though we didn't cook much, it was nice to have pans available that were in decent shape and appropriate utensils. Theresa has gone above and beyond to make sure the place is comfortable and has everything you need. Pac Man in a great bonus!!

We have three daughters all have homes of their own now, we also have 5 grandkids which of course are the reward of having kids! We have lived in Orem for 27 years and love it here, Teresa grew up in Orem UT. and Guy grew up in SLC/Hurricane UT. We enjoy the outdoors and Shopping!

Cozy apartment with an awesome view, we are close to everything, yet secluded in our own little neighborhood.

BYU, UVU, other Schools, are about 10 minutes from the Canyon and 10 minutes from Utah lake 15 minutes from Deer Creek.
