Our family enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the location was great. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.
The property is exactly as described. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home is well kept. The most beautiful sunsets. Recommend. Aloha and thank you!
We have a great stay and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The home was in a great spot for us close to the Slate Canyon Trailhead which we used for some hikes. The home was very well stocked and we had everything we needed.
The home had a couple of issues. The owner was incredibly fast in responding to my emails. She quickly arranged for a handyman to come and fix the issues. I really appreciated how she did everything in her power to get the problems resolved.
Misleading. There is an open staircase to your space, accessible by the owner. We did not like that he potentially could come into the house through the downstairs. The first night we are there, the most awful smell floods from below, at midnight mind you. He was cooking his dinner. We had to open doors and windows and it still wasn’t enough. From the beginning we had issues with the master toilet. We let them know that it was running. After the first day it ran continuously. That night the smoke alarms starting beeping. So we let him know that as well so he could fix them at the same time. The batteries were replaced but the toilet was not. Midnight comes and we have to call him due to the toilet know leaking. He heads over to access and brings a black bag of towels, just in case. The next morning we wake up to a bathroom of standing water. He has a plumber come and he can’t fix it until after we leave. By this time we change our departure date to leave early. It was not a pleasant stay. He stated VRBO could not refund any money at this point. He refunded a little over 100 from his part he said. I would not recommend this property.
We were so happy with our stay in this wonderful home. It was so organized and clean and the valley views were amazing from the big back porch, and there were pretty mountain views from the front of the home. There were plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, and everything we needed. Check in and out was so easy with an easy way of accessing the home. The family room was a great gathering place for the 4 of us with a comfy couch and tv area. The comforters were so soft and we loved looking out at the valley from the bedroom as well as the family room. It was a quick drive to BYU or anywhere in Provo, and was just outside of the busy traffic in the area, especially after the BYU football game. A hidden gem of a home and we highly recommend this cozy retreat!
Let me start by saying this was a great place to stay for my daughter’s wedding. There was supposed to be me and my boys but the plan changed last minute Ian I had the place to myself . Loved it , not much time to enjoy it like I wanted but I loved it . I think of the three days I was there I may have had a total of 18 hours there but the bed made it worth it , hope you guys have places In Texas, I would stay in one of your places before I got a hotel!!! Thank you .
