This place was just short of perfect. We agreed that with an upgrade to the bed to something a bit bigger and a little more comfortable than the pullout couch the cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Great for the two of us and the dog! Loved being right on the water. Very beautiful. We’d stay there again for sure.

Beautiful sunsets on the lake. Beautiful views from the cabin. Very relaxing stay. Good location for exploring other sights in Maine.
It was all we imagined and more! Extra, thoughtful touches. Loons,Eagles, Turtles, and Ducks. The water was pristine. Canoeing and fishing were a great way to step away from life at home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a retreat in a tiny cabin.

Private cabin right in the lake with gorgeous windows overlooking. Mini fridge, few appliances, sink, and outdoor grill, and propane fire pit were wonderful.
Enjoyed canoeing just needed to rent our own life vests, but beautiful and quiet lake.
Pull out mattress wasn't as comfy as the oversize couch so we both slept soundly on opposite sides of the couch.
Sauna was so wonderful after long hike in Sebago state Park.
Rain kept us in one day, but looking forward to coming back.

Nice lake
Sleeping situation is terrible, bring your own Pillows and blankets and an air mattress if you have one.
The kitchen is very limited. We had to go to Walmart for drinking glasses. No sauna use as it was locked the entire time. You can use it once during your stay at 3pm but difficult if not impossible to schedule.

Lovely, Cozy Nature!
This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to spend a lovely, relaxing weekend. The cabin is super tiny but the view is spectacular and there are massive windows with screens so, even when you're inside, you get some outside magic. We spent hours around the fire pit and got to experience a huge thunderstorm over the lake with the windows wide open. We were even able to check in two hours early!
A few things to note: this place is small — a single room, really — and the bed is a pullout sofa. Not super comfortable but my boyfriend and I are relatively young and can still handle things like that. Also, there is no proper kitchen. Just a toaster oven, microwave, and grill. Prepare accordingly. The grill was pretty dirty, as well, but we were able to cook sausages out there just fine. It's also on a covered porch so, even if it rains, you'll be able to use it.
The only true bummer is that the coffee machine was broken. Hopefully, they will have fixed this by the time you are reading this review! Oh, and leave the ice cream in the freezer aisle — the mini fridge does not have a freezer. We learned this the hard way.
Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this tiny oasis!

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your kind words! We’re glad you had a great stay and felt welcomed. We apologize for the inconvenience with the coffee maker and grill. The coffee maker has been replaced, and we’ll ensure the grill is cleaned more thoroughly and flagged for future inspections. Your feedback is appreciated, and we hope to host you again for an even better experience!
No hot water and sewer back up and completely Horrific pull out couch! Beware of owners a liar.
Warning! ⚠️ do NOT stay here!!! Horrible experience! No HOT water so could NOT take shower. The smell of raw sewage was so bad the neighbors were complaining. Had to leave the tiny cabin (outhouse) had maintenance come and confirm and suggest we leave. But here’s the kicker, we were told bye company that handles it (Vasca) that we would get 100% reimbursement for are troubles. Then after talking to owner they insulted us with an offer of $40!!! Seriously!! Imagine that?? They actual tried (trying) to charge us???? We contacted a lawyer and were told we have more than enough proof to win. Now it will cost them a lot more than settling. Dumb and very unprofessional! Beware of this company and owner TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! Ps they put fake reviews. ⚠️⚠️⚠️
