The owners of the "White Sands Oasis" spared no expense on decor or furnishings. The home is adorned with exquisite contemporary artwork and quality home furnishings by Hooker Furniture. Each room is filled with luxurious hotel bedding, gel infused pillows, over stuffed duvet inserts, Parisian ivory rugs and of course throw pillows to add a muted splash of color... oh how we all love our throw pillows. The spacious two-story, four bedroom, four bath home sleeps 8 and offers an open concept floor plan boasting 10 foot ceilings, archways and a breathtaking custom curved entry foyer wall opening to the eye catching gathering area. The living room, kitchen and dining room flow seamlessly together with the brand new custom ivory porcelain tile (photos coming soon) just installed throughout the entire main level. With plenty of seating in the living area, the flat screen smart tv will be used often now that the fiber option internet has been installed to accommodate of our wifi and business traveler needs! The gourmet kitchen is well stocked and offers a dual convection oven, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse kitchen sink, a Bosch dishwasher and new snow white quartz counters. Enjoy the special touches such as a custom marble picket backsplash, a capiz seashell dining room chandelier, a built in speaker system for the living area and master with Amazon Echo Dot and plenty of natural lighting with the added bonus of a screened in back patio with golf course view. This showroom quality, contemporary coastal home is a must for your vacation.

On the main level just past the front entryway is the guest queen bedroom with new furniture which is just across the hall from the guest bathroom. Up the stairwell of the "White Sands Oasis" are three additional guest rooms. On the north end of the hall is the guest king suite with a gorgeous twist on new and old world style bedroom furniture as the brand new bed set tells the tale of beauty and elegance. The en suite bathroom offers a walk in shower with a glass swing door and the bathroom has been updated with new fixtures and quartz counters. Next is the queen over queen bunk suite featuring an oversized walk in closet, a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination and it has also been updated with new fixtures and quartz counters. Last but definitely not least, the master suite sits at the south end of the hall. The "White Sands Oasis" engaging master suite takes you in with its coffered ceiling, unique upholstered bed, its sitting area and enormous built in walk in closet. Peacefully enjoy your latte each morning on the private balcony overlooking the golf course and end your long beach days relaxing in the master suite soaking tub with your feet up and not a care in the world. No time to soak, thats okay, we also have a separate shower if you are in a hurry to get to Tommy Bahama's or Emeril Lagasse's Coastal Italian Resturant for dinner. "White Sands Oasis" is located just a few minutes from Scenic Highway 98, the original beach cruising spot in South Walton, Miramar Beach and the Destin area. This road offers a side paved path is perfect for biking, jogging or a wonderful beachside stroll. The path runs right next to the gulf offering expansive panoramic views of the coastline. It's also a local favorite for sunsets walks with fun beachside restaurants. In the area is the infamous Pompano Joe's Resturant, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rides and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well. The area is full of unique restaurants and fresh seafood. There are always extra special excursions you can book such as deep sea fishing or pontoon boat rentals for crab island.
