The homes backyard is more private as you have a stream between the backyard and the golf course. The back yard and patio overlook the majestic grounds of the Baytowne Golf Course. No homes backed up to the backyard. The view is picturesque, quiet, and breathtaking! Get away from it all and relax in privacy on the patio.

Home has 2 golf carts with seat belts, 4 and 6 seater. Tram service is available, Free Private WIFI! Community pool in Villa Lago. Back patio overlooks a stream & golf course which gives you privacy. Also no noisy golf carts in the morning, there is no cart path right behind the property, it's on the other side away from the stream.

Villa Lago is located Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Best Deal in Villa Lago with golf course, waterway views and fishing!!!! Neighborhood pool. Sandestin has tennis/pickleball courts for usage with a small fee.

Included in this rental are two golf carts which is a saving to you $650.00/week in golf cart rental fees making getting anywhere in Sandestin or Grand Blvd a smooth joy for the entire family! Golf cart parking is available and abundant all over Sandestin Resort and Grande Blvd. This is the VIP's way of travel.

Go ahead and put away those car keys away while you're here because they're definitely not necessary. You are close to everything you want or need by golf cart!

The beautiful first floor consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath, a high-end kitchen, spacious living area with a queen pullout sofa-bed and an extended back patio to enjoy the view.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything including a pizza stone, griddle, slow cooker, roasting pan and blender. There is seating for 12 (8 at the table and 4 at the bar). There is also a nice outdoor grill for your use off the large patio.

Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king bed and private en-suite which includes a balcony to enjoy the sweeping views of the golf course. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. All of the king and queen beds use state of the art Dream Weaver Mattresses. Sleep will be guaranteed after your day of sun & fun. For those rainy or relaxing days: All bedrooms have a Smart TV with DVD players and Netflix capabilities. The bunk room has an X-Box with 2 games and 2 controllers. Community of Villa Lago is located within a short walk to Baytowne Wharf. With everything from a carousel to nightclubs, the lively "downtown" hub of Sandestin offers countless shopping, dining, and entertaining options for all ages. Also, Grand Blvd has some of the finest restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and a Publix grocery store. Outdoor shower on the side of the house to shower off after you get back from the beach or pool! Managed by owner since November 1, 2018.
