Our stunningly beautiful 4BR-4BA Tivoli villa is conveniently located a few minute's golf cart ride from the sandy white beach and community swimming pool! As a bonus, there is a lovely view of the golf course from expansive windows. With the largest four bedroom floor plan in the Resort, an abundance of space awaits. This is truly the ideal family vacation home. Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, the golf course, or shopping, our location offers convenience to it all. The sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is a few steps away, and you will be surrounded by the a championship 18-hole golf course. Head on over to the Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping or dinner at one of the Resort's premier restaurants.

Our tastefully decorated second floor villa is freshly appointed with travertine floors throughout and comfortable furnishings. With soaring ceilings, the family room has plenty of cushy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops and all dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An adjoining dining area offers seating for six, and there is additional bar seating for two. Step onto the screened balcony and take in a beautiful golf course view, and enjoy outdoor dining and seating.

Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, an HDTV, and access to a screened balcony. The private bath is complete with an oversized shower and a roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. The third guest bedroom suite features a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A staircase leads from the entrance area to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) with two bunk beds (2 twin beds over 2 full beds), an HDTV, and a full bathroom with shower. The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer. There is no elevator.

The swimming pool at Tivoli by the Sea is heated seasonally (please inquire), and is located about 100 yards away. The tram stop picks up passengers near the swimming pool and provides transportation to the beach and Village at Baytowne Wharf. This villa is convenient to both the swimming pool and the tram stop.

*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: Each unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots identified as TIV3 however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
