We enjoy and expect a clean home. Our home is cleaned by a professional cleaning service that specializes in cleaning vacation homes, including all of the homes in our neighborhood. When a renter or we have stayed at our house, the cleaning service enters the home the day of departure and performs a complete thorough cleaning of the entire home, inside and out. Towels & linens are replaced with a completely clean set. Designer soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are replaced after every stay with new ones when the house is cleaned. All floors, rugs, porches, surfaces, appliances, sinks, tubs, toilets and showers are cleaned with cleaners and disinfectants to ensure sanitary cleanliness and freshness. Our cleaning service also re-enters the home before renters arrive to set out anything needed and to freshen up any cleaning. Our house is well supplied with cleaners, detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex and garbage bags for your convenience.
Both of our air conditioning & heating systems have REME HALO whole home in-duct air purifiers. The REME HALO air purifiers are LED ultra violet light systems that actively improve the quality of the air in our home. REME HALO reduces bacteria, viruses, odors and mold spores in the air and on surfaces.
BEACH HOUSE
