"Blue Haven" Tivoli on Sandestin's Beachside *Golf Cart *Pool *on Golf Course

"Blue Haven" is a lovely, completly renovated, Tivoli Townhome on the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. Blue Haven comes with a golf cart, and is located on Baytowne Golf Course, is close proximity to the Sandestin Beach, Tivoli's community pool, and all of Sandestin's amenities. The Beach is only 0.5 miles away and this home, quick access using our 6-seat golf cart!

The living room features high ceilings and an open floor plan. Sink into the comfortable sectional for a movie after a long day at the beach, or head over to the spacious kitchen and cook a meal for the family. Stock up on wine in the wine fridge and enjoy cooking in this beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy eating your meals either in the charming dining area which seats 6, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island, or at the dining table on the screened in porch.

The master suite is a beautiful space for resting and comfort. With high ceilings, luxurious linens and a king size bed, you will never want to leave. And since no master is complete without its very own private bath, ours features a gorgeous updated bathroom with double sinks, a stand up shower and a spacious bath tub for soaking. The first guest bedroom is located on the front right side and has a king size bed with a beautiful custom bedding ensemble. The second guest bedroom holds a king size bed and has a private bathroom. This guest bath has a combination shower and tub. All bedrooms feature Smart TV's.

Going up the spiral staircase you will find the third guest bedroom. This cozy and charming space comes with two custom built bunk beds and a Smart TV. The first bunk bed is a twin over queen with a twin trundle underneath, and the second bed is a full size with a full trundle. The upstairs guest bedroom also has a brand new private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a newly renovated full bathroom in the front hall area.

First come first serve parking for one vehicle.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or 4-seat golf cart, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
