Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Hola Beaches was beautiful, clean, and well stocked, and that the ground-floor location worked well for you. Sorry about the tight parking—the unit includes one assigned spot and some spaces can be narrow; we appreciate you calling that out. Thanks also for reporting the running toilet—we’ve passed the issue to maintenance to replace/adjust the flush valve kit. Glad everyone enjoyed their stay and that you’d stay again. RealJoy Destin

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the golf cart was unavailable during your stay and understand how disappointing that was, especially when it was an amenity you were expecting to use. Unfortunately, the cart experienced an unexpected mechanical failure, and the parts needed for the repair were unavailable during your four-day stay, preventing us from getting it back in service before your departure. We also appreciate you bringing the bathtub, toilet, and pest concerns to our attention, as well as your experience reaching our team. These concerns have been shared with the appropriate teams for follow-up. We regret that multiple issues impacted your stay and appreciate the detailed feedback.

Emily, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your stay in this clean, comfortable three-bedroom, three-bathroom ground-floor condo that is located in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort's Tivoli neighborhood. We love that you enjoyed an amazing vacation, and this well-located rental met your expectations. Please accept our apology for any discomfort experienced due to the other renters. We would have been more than happy to try and resolve this issue had we been made aware during your stay. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Thank you for your review, Sue! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at the condo. We appreciate your suggestions regarding kitchen essentials and the golf cart process, and we'll certainly look into these details to improve future experiences. Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we hope to see you again soon!
