The golf cart, beach chairs, and toys are all little extras that we love providing for our guests, and we are so glad they added to the experience. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear about a few things that affected your stay. Regarding the dog barking, we do not allow pets in our unit, however as we are part of a larger community, we unfortunately do not have control over the other units and their guests. We sincerely apologize for the disruption that was caused. As for the golf cart seats, we do have inspectors who perform golf cart inspections between each guest stay, which includes wiping down the seats. We do our best to ensure everything is clean and ready for each guest. We are sorry to hear the seats did not meet your expectations and will use your feedback to make sure we continue to uphold our standards.

We’ve already scheduled a deep clean and will be addressing the concerns you mentioned, including the patio door and bathroom details. For clarity, the bedroom doors that lead from the master bedroom to the balcony do lock securely. The screened-in porch is such a nice spot to relax after a beach day, and we’re happy the golf cart made getting around so easy. We also appreciate your honest feedback on areas that could be improved. We've passed your comments to our housekeeping team to ensure a more thorough deep clean, especially in those overlooked spots. We’ll also ensure that cleaning supplies are replenished and in good working order for future guests, and we have a dustpan for the unit. As for the roaches, you're right — being near the lake and with construction next door, occasional sightings can happen despite regular pest control, but we’re continuing to monitor the situation closely. We’ll also do a better job of communicating parking availability and the layout so guests can come fully prepared.
