Our expansive 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers an unparalleled blend of modern luxury and homey comfort, ideal for families, groups of friends, business trip or a romantic escape. Located in a serene neighborhood and packed with top-notch amenities, this home is designed to ensure an unforgettable stay for up to 14 guests.

The Space 🏠:

Step into a spacious, light-filled living area where contemporary design meets cozy charm. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfect for socializing and relaxing.

• Living Room: Unwind on our plush sectional sofa while enjoying a movie on the 55-inch Smart TV, equipped with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Large windows offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and additional entertainment includes a selection of board games and puzzles.

• Kitchen: Channel your inner chef in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and all the utensils you’ll need. Highlights include a high-end coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, and a selection of spices and oils.

• Dining Area: The dining table comfortably seats six and comes with a high chair. For additional seating we have an 4 seat dining table in the kitchen area and additional chairs to put around both tables.

Bedrooms:

• Master Suite: The king-sized bed promises restful sleep, and the en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and plush towels. This suite also includes a trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements. For your entertainment, the Master Suite features a 45-inch Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Extra blankets and pillows are available for added comfort.

• Bedroom 2: Located downstairs, this room features a twin trundle bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.

• Bedroom 3: Furnished with a queen-sized bed and stylish decor, this room includes a 45-inch Smart TV with streaming capabilities, a bedside lamp, charging ports, and extra blankets and pillows.

• Bedroom 4: This room features a queen-sized bed, extra blankets and pillows, and stylish decor.

• Bedroom 5: Ideal for kids or larger groups, this room includes a bunk bed with 1 twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom and an additional twin underneath.

• Loft Area: The upstairs loft features a twin trundle bed, providing additional sleeping space and a cozy spot for relaxation.

• Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, shaving and dental kits. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

(Pool & spa heating $150 per day, with a minimum of 2 days & 24 hours’ notice required.
