This house is ideal for couples getaways, girls nights, family retreats, & work trips. Plenty of parking, quiet & friendly neighbors. (No parties or loud music allowed.)

This house has lots of room to spread out! This may be a tempting space to have a get-together, but it is strictly against our house rules!
🚫 No parties of any kind.
🚫 No more than 6 people may be on the property without permission. Most guests are allowed to visit, just ask first.
🚫 No smoking inside.
🚫 No drug use anywhere on property, including marijuana.
🚫 No animals.

👶 Infants are welcome but please be aware that the house is not baby-proofed. We do have a play pen.
Guest access
Guests have full and private access to entire inside of home. Garage is not available for guest use. Owner does not stay on the property.
Other things to note
Trip insurance is a great option. The host is not a licensed insurance provider & legally cannot insure guest's trips for any reason. Guests must buy trip insurance for any extenuating circumstances that could affect your trip. Guests are allowed to book without trip insurance if they accept payment responsibility in case of trip cancellation or early departure.

Please review check out instructions before booking to avoid surprises:
1. Start dishwasher
2. Used towels/washcloths in hamper (leave sheets on bed)
3. Dispose of your food
4. Put trash bags in outside trash can

The cleaning fee covers the cost of a crew to clean a 3 bedroom home in 3.5 hours to excellent standards. These check-out tasks make it possible to offer same day turnover.
