Such as, Air Hockey Table, NBA Jam Arcade, Foosball, Children's Toys, Books, and Classic Board Games. Spacious kitchen that offers all cooking necessities and a dining table for 8. Get cozy by making a glass of coffee at the Coffee Bar and sit around to enjoy the living room Fireplace.

Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am
3 Pack & Plays are available and 1 Highchair. Additional needed is $40 each.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days.
Pets are NOT allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is no garage, but there is space for three cars in the front of the house. Please do not block the neighbors' driveway.
There is an exterior security camera over the front door facing the street for safety and security purposes.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
Please note, there is NO A/C in this home.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

* We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days, you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you! *
