For the first time ever we are offering our home to be your home in paradise. This is not your typical vacation home, this is our home away from home that we are sharing with discerning guests that appreciate a luxurious, clean, well kept home. We are confident that you will feel you are simply friends being allowed to use our home. Our aim is that your experience here will be a restful luxurious stay. When you enter our 3169 sf home, you will step into a foyer that is open to a grand area consisting of the great room, the dining room and kitchen area all with soaring 13ft ceilings. The great room has a large flat screen TV and a HUGE comfy couch and 2 recliners. All the furniture throughout the home is like new and has a modern upscale feel to it. The extra large spacious kitchen has all high end Bosch appliances, granite counters, is well equipped with new high end cookware and utensils. The massive dining space has a 10 seat table to accommodate you and your guests. In the outdoor kitchen/dining area there is also an 8 seat patio table, a propane grill, granite counters and a sink. One of our favorite features of the home is the 3 large bedrooms, all of them en-suite. All linens are brand new, pure white, and exceptionally clean! The primary en-suite is situated on one end of the home, a private oasis of its own. It has a king bed, with a memory foam mattress and large screen TV. The very large bathroom has Double sinks with ample counter space, walk in shower with 2 shower heads and a separate rain shower head, large soaker tub and the toilet is tucked away in a private water closet. The primary bedroom also has a large sliding door leading to its own little area of the patio. The other 2 en-suite bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Every room has so much space between it providing a great night of sleep and privacy! The secondary king room has a sliding door that leads right out to the hot tub. The bathroom for this room has a large double sink vanity, walk in shower and private water closet for the toilet area. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, (with ample notice we can convert this to a kind suite) a large walk-in closet with built ins. The bathroom for this room has a large tub, walk in shower, Lots of counter space around the sink and a private toilet area in the water closet. In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is also an office that could double as a 4 bedroom. The office has a desk, TV and a large couch that folds out to a bed. There is a half bath right next to this office. The laundry room has a front loader washer and a nice area for folding. The patio and pool area are exceptionally large for what is typical here on Marco Island. This area looks out over an extra wide canal. Dolphins occasionally come to visit right in front of our home, if you pay attention you may see them. The patio is well equipped with very comfortable cushioned patio furniture, 8 seats total (2 are reclining!), and the additional 8 seater patio dining table was already mentioned. There are also 6 pool lounge chairs. The salt water pool is HUGE! 6 ft deep and a large hot tub that has a waterfall feature that makes the most comforting sound while you enjoy your outdoor time. There is also an outdoor shower. There is also a brand new massive dock to sit and relax at, with a fish cleaning station. The use of the 35ft boat slip is an additional rental charge of $1000/week, and must be approved before arrival. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway but we regret that the garage is not available for guests to use.The home is in a residential quiet neighborhood of mostly full time residents. Please understand that Marco Island has very strict noise ordinances to respect the quiet lives of the neighbors. For that reason we will not rent to people hosting parties or large gatherings. Marco Island will issue fines to both the owner and renter if the noise ordinances are violated.
This whole property is entirely non smoking, any evidence of smoking in or outdoors on the property will result in an additional damage/cleaning fee of $500.
