About this property

Just remodeled Key West style home, fully equipped 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including the in-law downstairs by the pool. Large, elegant, hard wood dining table that accommodates 10 p. The house has a heated pool, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and a deck where you can dock a boat, feed the fish, or just enjoy the Florida sun all day. If you are lucky, you may be able to see dolphins or manatees from the house.
Owners have these cars available for rent: Honda Odyssey, 2022 / Maserati Levante, 2021 / Cadillac Escalade, 2021 /BMW X7, 2020 (Min. 3 days; free pick-up/drop-off at the House and at the Miami Airport, which is 1 1/2 hour from Marco Island and has many more flight options than other airports).
The boat access is terrific with a beautiful ride through Robert's Bay on your way out to the Gulf of Mexico. The house has a prime location, only 10 minutes from the wonderful Marco Island beach either by boat or car.
The in-law apartment on the ground floor by the pool has a queen bed, remodeled full bathroom and kitchenette and is ideal for seniors, teens or just those who want to avoid the stairs to the main living area on the first floor.
All bed sheets and pillowcases, pillows, and towels are brand-new and of great quality. Mattresses are new, memory foam and very comfortable.

Marco Island Birthday & Anniversary

Highly recommend this beautiful property and the property manager. Fantastic location in the South of the Island. Easy access to some of our favorite beaches. We’re returning to this beautiful property. Alex & Veronica Fort Lauderdale.

Girls trip 2023

I can’t say enough about the property. It was everything as pictured. We came to Marco Island for the sunsets, relaxation and reflection and this setting was perfect for it. The property owners were amazing also. They were easy to contact and very accommodating. They have done an exceptional job with this property. Extremely clean. The pool was, by far, the best feature. We didn’t even need to leave to go to the beach. Our last night we had a chef come to the house and cook for us. It was amazing. I would highly recommend this property. I would definitely rent again from the owners.

Family celebration

The property was nice and on a corner with plenty of room for the 7 of us. The pool was nice but needed a railing to get in and out. The kitchen and dining area was a great hangout for all. Everything is no more than 10 minutes away . To go to the downstairs Ron’s the stairs are outside the house.

Bright, clean, lots of space for family

We were five adults for a working vacation and found so much room to relax/work/play in! Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are extremely comfortable, and living room accommodated us all at the end of the day. The location was ideal: We felt out of the traffic and rush but enjoyed great walking neighborhoods and a short bike to the beach. Very highly recommend.
