Come experience paradise in this spacious oasis with a waterview. This 3,000 square foot pet-friendly waterfront home sleeps twelve, with two king beds, four queens, one sleeper sofa and five bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

Starting with your favorite part of the home, the lanai, you’ll start your morning under the shaded dining table watching your new neighbors, the dolphins and jumping fish, frolic in Clam Bay. Then you and your family will move to the patio and find your way into the blue waters of your heated pool. As your perfect day starts to come to an end make your way down to your private dock where you will sit and dangle your feet into the turquoise waters as you watch the setting sun paint the sky brilliant orange.

People drive for miles to visit Tigertail Beach, but you’re just a short walk away. This 79-acre natural gem is filled with white, sandy beaches, warm turquoise waters and mangroves. Go exploring on kayaks, water trikes or paddleboats. You can also sign up for an Eco tour that takes you to the habitat of the manatees and nesting sea turtles. Another short walk from your home takes you to some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Joey’s Pizza, Doreen’s Cup Of Joe, Nene’s or Thai Sushi By KJ.

When you want to stay in instead of eating out, go to your kitchen and you will find that it's filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you’ll need to prepare everything from a family dinner to coffee, tea or cocktails to enjoy on the lanai. Or use your outdoor grill to cook up a barbeque feast for your family. After your family dinner you’ll want to relax on your spacious sectional and enjoy a movie in the living room.

Inside is filled with natural sunlight that streams in through countless windows, brightening the neutral tile floors and modern decor. Just what the Doctor ordered

We had a fantastic stay on Marco Island! The house was exactly as advertised - spacious and bright with a perfect layout for our 2 families (7 cousins ranging in age from 6-14). The kids spent endless hours between the pool and the dock, and we loved the easy bike ride to Tigertail Beach and to the shops. It was the perfect distance for a fun family outing on wheels. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full range of appliances, which made cooking meals a breeze. What truly impressed us, though, was how well-stocked the house was with essentials. We've stayed at many VRBOs in the past, but this one had everything you could think of - spices, oils, aluminum foil, you name it! They even had a whole selection of margarita blenders, which came in very handy after a long day at the beach! Little touches like this really made a difference and helped us feel right at home. Overall, we can't recommend the property enough. The house was perfect, the location was ideal, and the owner was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Fun filled week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a wonderful location and is near everything you could need. The activities provided for you, kayaks, bikes, pool floats etc were much appreciated and added to the fun the house also provided all the amenities we could need. The acoustics in the house we're not good as you could hear any little thing throughout. The fact we received a warning call as we were just sitting on the lanai talking at 6:55pm on a Saturday was upsetting. I mean there are 12 people talking, and it wasn't the neighbors complaining, so just know the owners receive noise alerts from sensors at the house. Seems invasive to me. Some of the mattresses were uncomfortable and some outlets in bathrooms did not work. Description of beds was misleading, as the sofa bed is in the living room and not in with one of the king sized beds as expected. There is also a neighbor who would stand on his lanai and watch us in the pool which was kind of disturbing. Overall though, we had a wonderful time and have no regrets about choosing this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 12 people from age 20 to 84 and we all had a great time. The house accommodated us perfectly and had everything we needed for a good experience for all. The kayaks and bikes helped a lot considering the weather wasn’t always great for pool time! We walked to the farmers market, restaurants and the grocery store. Great location!

Great until......

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful until we went to breakfast on our last day. We returned to the house after breakfast to let my granddaughters go to the bathroom and had found out that all the toilet paper had been removed from the house. We had returned to the house before the 10:00 check out time. We also had an incident that we returned home from being out one day and the garage was open. Now that we know that the owner of the home lived close by and was the one ho removed all the toilet paper I fill kinda creeped out. Long story short would we rent from Marco Island properties yes, this house maybe no unless the owner understands about privacy.

Plenty of space, close to Tiger tail!

Stayed with 11 family members, teens to seniors. Never felt crowded. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, great bikes and kayaks. Best of all, just a short bike ride to the awesome Tiger tail beach.
