Bathrobes, hats, beach supplies golf clubs and more. All for use and return.
This house has it all with class and style and cleanliness. Wow factors all around. You will not be disappointed. Comforters or changed after every guest and replaced by new one. Mattress has two mattress covers. Pillows have a pillow cover and a pillow case. Bedbug spray is used after every check out. Hospital grade disinfectant is used.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will initially go thru garage door to get in. Code available when booked
Please run off a load or 2 of towels and put in dryer

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep noise to a minimum by 9:00 Marco Island Rule, Canal echos. No glass on lanai or outside. No cats. Certain bonus amenities are on honor system.
No cats. If all back sliders are open please turn AC off. It will freeze. That’s what happens 🙁 no markers or crayons in house.
Pick up after your dogs please. Don’t ruin pet policy by not doing so. Garbage Monday & Thursday. No diving. No marker or crayons

Awesome family getaway!

We had the most wonderful time at Villa Enzo. The outside lanai is so nice! We spent most of our time there as it has a big pool, spa tub, bar, grill, TVs, lounging and not to mention the big dock that you can fish off of. Location was also a plus! We hope to book the Villa for next year.

Marco Island Vacay

Villa Enzo is a beautiful home. The outdoor lanai with the pool and hot tub was wonderful! We rented a pontoon for a day and had it delivered directly to the pier. The home is conveniently located to the beach and many restaurants. Lori is a gracious host and you can tell that this home is filled with love and memories!

Fun in the sun

This is such a lovely house. The pool lanai area is so special. Everything you could ask for in a house. And the beach is only a few blocks away. Lori was so responsive to our requests, and so thoughtful about recommendations. A perfect place to stay on Marco!

Fun Times in Marco

Lori and her family were great. They made us feel welcomed and their place was a great house to vacation in and the location was perfect. The pool deck, dock area, and canal add a special touch to a perfect getaway from the Northeast. We will definitely be back next time we are down in the Marco area. Thanks to Lori, John and Enzo

Great kid-friendly entertainment house

My wife and I stayed with our 3yo and 6 month old children. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of child amenities (highchair, pack-n-play, pool fence, beach supplies). We felt safe with our kids by the pool as it has a safety fence. Beautiful, well kept and clean home. Great location near the beach and restaurants. We will be coming back for another stay!

Perfect fit

Lori was amazing as a host, as were the accommodations. This house is flexible and well-laid out to accommodate families from toddlers up to teenagers, or even a few couples, with enough space to not fall over each other. Can't thank Lori enough for her hospitality and excellent home for our family!

Everything you need!

This is a perfect home for a family getaway! If we weren’t in the spacious backyard pool area, we were at the beach, which was within walking distance. Everything you need (like beach chairs) is provided! The beds are comfortable, we really liked the kitchen and the outdoor grill area, there is plenty of room to spread out. Like any rental property, it has quirks (like figuring out light switches or door locks), but I would 100% stay in Villa Enzo again. It’s a really lovely home in a great location.

Perfect day at Coco Cay

The house is magnificent and, very spacious. The pool is amazing and the outdoor perfect. The only thing we believe needs to be upgraded and fixed is the barbecue… please take it in confederation. Other than that, the house is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. Great stay overall. We enjoyed.

Beautiful home and beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner suppled anything you would need on your vacation. She was easy to get in touch with and helped with any questions. We did have an issue with two of the T V's due to contractors just finished painting and we believe they did not properly hook cables back in place.

The house was large and clean. The rooms were small with small beds, except 1 room. I would say this house is great for 4 adults and 3 kids.

Marco Island Paradise

We had an amazing time at Enzo villa! The home sits on a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants and bars! Great location! The house has a beautiful backyard with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and a celery large dock to fish from. My dad and kids had lots of fun fishing! The house has everything you need and it was very clean. We loved our stay and the communication with the owner/ host was superb! Any issues were handled immediately! Thank you Lori for your kind attention to making our weekend getaway so lovely.
