Cozy one bedroom studio newly remodeled
This nice and cozy one bedroom is very comfortable with a queen bed and one sofa bed. You can enjoy the peaceful backyard view, many fruits trees in the backyard. It is newly remodeled and converted from garage into a spacious studio, with new bed linens. Centrally located near everything for daily shopping, 2 mins to Glendora marketplace/ 5 mins to Costco/ grocery shopping/ AMC/ restaurants. 5 mins away from APU, Citrus College, and downtown Glendora. It is also close to all the sightseeing that SoCal offer you: 25-45 min away from Downtown LA, Ocean, Disneyland, Big Bear, Pasadena, Knots, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, LAX, Ontario, Dodger Stadium, Angel Stadium, City of Hope, Palm Springs.
