Loft #1 for 2-3 people, is part of Aranjuez Lofts located in Santa Ana. There are 9 lofts located in a beautiful property with shared large garden and pool. Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and near the main highway to the airport and to main sightseeing in Costa Rica.
Located in the 1st floor, the loft has: 1 queen bed, A/C, cable TV, wireless internet, private bathroom, closet, safe box, equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small oven. Also a small dining table with 4 chairs and a futton that serves as lounging sofa or as a bed for accommodating a 3rd person or kid.
The property has a great pool with deck and large garden, enabled for the use of the Loft renters.
Free parking for 1 car per Studio.
Shared laundry room with washer and dryer for the all lofts. ($5 p/load p/washer and $5 p/load p/dryer, detergent not included)
Great for holidays or business people who need a small apartment for a short term without having to sign a lease or furnish an apartment.

Wonderful stay
I came for several days of business and found the accommodations very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located. With an abundance of restaurants close by. I didn’t use the adequately supplied kitchen.
I would definitely recommend this place as I will stay here on my future visits.
